Kleaning is committed to providing high-quality cleaning products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Kleaning, we strive to offer you an exceptional shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used after purchase or delivery.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Tampered or Damaged Products: Please notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving a tampered or damaged product. Include supporting images and videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • Quality Issues: For concerns related to product quality, contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that Kleaning is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Kleaning.
  • No refunds will be issued once the goods are sold.

Prepaid Orders

We do not replace products found to be in proper condition upon return. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will issue a refund.


Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale period are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate the refund through Razorpay to your original payment method within 7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect depends on Razorpay and your bank/card issuer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing time can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@kleaning.in and send the product to:

Shipping

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Return: Make sure the product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@kleaning.in to inform us about your return.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item and send it to the above return address.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used personal/home care products
  • Items purchased during sale periods
  • Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
